I was very disappointed in my stay at Wingate Wyndham. The unsanitary and unclean room was very disturbing. The bathroom shower curtain was stained as well as the towels and bed sheets. I was not comfortable at all in my stay. I took pictures as well just to show how dirty the room really was. The coffee tables and night stand looked like they were not even wiped off in a while. I will never stay at a place like this again. Not only that, before I even checked in I called multiple times to inquire about a shuttle and no one ever answered the phone. I was told when I got there that there wasn't a shuttle but the fact that my call never got answered prior to arriving was upsetting.

When we got there they guy didn’t know what he was doing or how to get us set up. Then we got to our room the tv didn’t work, bathtub handle came off and it had a gross smell, the hallways were torn up. We asked the one of the owners to have someone fix our tv and he said he would send someone up and I asked twice. He never did. A nice girl switched us to a different room. One of the rooms didn’t flush and another room had a dirty tub. We got our new room and they locked the cooler to 76 and it was hot the whole time. Our bathroom door could barely open. The owner made every excuse not to help us. The shuttle was supposed to take us to and event and he denied us access to that even though he was getting paid to do so. Then denied us a shuttle back to the airport. He didn’t know what he was doing. By the way no free Wi-Fi, no breakfast, the hot tub was freezing cold, you also had to keep resetting your keycard. The whole place is disgusting I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shut down in the next month. They don’t care about their customers they just stare at you when you have a concern. I highly don’t recommend this place at all.

Close to everything. Very affordable and friendly environment. Clean. Fresh food. Pet friendly. Great deals. Definitely will visit the establishment again. Not to mention you can purchase goods at the front desk.

I only stayed 1 night and that was more than I should have. The room was clean but had a sour odor to it. The next morning we went to open our room door to check out and a young woman was standing there trying to sell us Ice, (not the kind you put in a drink. ) When we got to the vehicle, my husband was approached by a prostitute and she walked back up to him with a friend as we were loading our vehicles a few minutes later. Wouldn't recommend families with children stay here.

when i checked into the hotel smell like mold and smelled very bad. after i got my room key and wen to the room the room smell like mold and smelled very bad, few minutes after checking in my brother saw a roach coming from the bedding. that same night i was attacked by bed bugs. i never seen bed bugs in all my year i took pictures. i reached out to the manager to ask for my refund back and wyndham replied by saying thee hotel a locally owned i am getting ready to call the state of Huston health department. if there is anyone out there who has been bitten up by bed bugs in a n hotel please let me know did you get a refund?
